Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of Headshot Buddy 3000 (the "App"), a macOS application published by Barnes Productions & Consulting ("we," "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these terms.

License

An active subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and run the App on one Mac at a time. You may deactivate a Mac in the App and activate a replacement. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or remove license enforcement from the App.

Subscription & billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually with a 14-day trial. FastSpring is the merchant of record and processes all checkout, billing, receipts, renewals, and cancellations under its own Terms and Conditions of Sale. Manage or cancel your subscription through the account-management link on your FastSpring receipt.

Acceptable use

The App is for producing roster and headshot materials for your own broadcast or production work. You are responsible for the accuracy and rights clearance of any roster, headshot, or player material you load into the App.

Ownership

We own the App and all associated software, design, and branding. Output files you generate with the App (workbooks, PDFs) are yours.

No warranty

The App is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised terms.
