At launch, automatic telemetry is disabled and automatic crash reporting is disabled. Headshot Buddy 3000 does not silently upload workbooks, roster material, license keys, or diagnostic directories.

Customer support may use customer-initiated diagnostics only when you choose to send a bounded, sanitized report. That report may identify the app version, macOS version, architecture, operation, incident reference, and UTC time. It must not contain passwords, payment data, license keys, private roster material, filesystem paths, raw provider responses, or workbook contents.

FastSpring is merchant of record and processes checkout, card, billing, receipt, subscription, and account-management data under its own terms and privacy practices. Headshot Buddy 3000 support receives only the minimum account or transaction reference needed to resolve a customer-requested issue; app support data does not become a second billing ledger.

Support messages sent to [email protected] are used to answer the request, investigate the reported product issue, and preserve required operational records. Do not send secrets or private roster material.
