Refund Policy

FastSpring is the merchant of record for every Headshot Buddy 3000 purchase. All refunds, cancellations, and related consumer rights are governed entirely by FastSpring's own Terms and Conditions of Sale — we don't apply a separate or different policy on top of it.

In short: accepted orders are final except as FastSpring's returns terms allow. If you're in the EU or UK, FastSpring's terms also give you a statutory 14-day right to cancel a digital purchase, subject to the conditions in that document.

Requesting a refund

Use the account-management link on your FastSpring order receipt or confirmation email to manage your subscription or request a refund. If you can't locate it, email [email protected] and we'll point you to the right FastSpring resource.
